ERIC FISH MD, MBA, FACOG

President and Chief Executive Officer Schneck Medical Center

SIHO Chairman of the Board

Dr. Eric Fish joined Schneck Medical Center in 2005 and launched Schneck Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2006. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Fish has held the positions of staff physician, Medical Director of Schneck OB/GYN, Vice President of Physician Practices, Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, Dr. Fish assumed his present position as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Fish graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He obtained his MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Memberships: American College of Healthcare Executives; Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Fish is a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

PATRICK MCGILL MD, DHA, MBA, FAAFP

President and Chief Executive Officer

Community Health Network

Dr. Patrick McGill serves as Network President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2026. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Community Health Network in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he leads strategic initiatives that have generated over $50 million in cost savings and revenue enhancements. A board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, Dr. McGill combines his medical expertise with business acumen, holding an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Southern Indiana and recently completed a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at the University of Central Michigan.

Named among Becker's Hospital Review's "Inspiring Chief Transformation Officers in Healthcare" for three consecutive years, he has transformed Community Health Network into a technology and data-driven organization. Past roles included serving as Chief Analytics Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategies, where he established the Office of Network Analytics and led the transition to value-based care models. He currently chairs the Indiana Health Information Exchange Board of Directors and serves on multiple boards including SIHO Insurance Services, Indianapolis Chamber, Indiana Hospital Association and the Community Health Network Foundation. As Principal Investigator for the Grail EACH Trial investigating multi-cancer early detection technology, and through his leadership in health equity initiatives, Dr. McGill continues to demonstrate his commitment to innovative healthcare solutions that improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience.

JAMES PORTER MD, FACHE, FACP, FAAP

President, Physician Division

Deaconess Health System, Inc

Dr. Porter joined Deaconess Hospital in 2000 as an adult and pediatric hospitalist & was appointed Vice President of Medical Affairs in 2002. He has been a part of the senior executive team which has lead Deaconess Health System’s growth from a single hospital and small primary care physician group into a major referral and teaching integrated health system with 20 hospitals and 2,000 employed providers serving over 1.2 million people in three states.

Today he leads the physician division of one of the top-rated health systems for quality, safety, patient and employee engagement, and financial performance in Indiana. He has also leads one of the top performing Medicare ACO’s in the nation and the expansion of teaching at Deaconess to include 4 residency programs and 2 fellowships.

Deaconess has been named the US News number 2 hospital in Indiana for six years running, HealthGrades’ best 250 hospitals, Forbes Best Large Employers in America, Forbes Best Employers for Diversity and the only HIMSS 7 inpatient and outpatient health system in Indiana.

James received his BA in microbiology, magna cum laude, from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and his MD from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky and is board certified in both specialties. Dr. Porter is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American College of Physicians and of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

He is actively involved in our community including serving on numerous boards including the IU School of Medicine-Evansville Community Advisory Committee, Southern Indiana Graduate Education Consortium (SIGMEC), Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), Warrick County Chamber of Commerce, Evansville Aquatics Foundation and Scouting America Buffalo Trace Council. He is the former chair of the United Way of Southwest Indiana board and served as the 2019 United Way Campaign chair.

DEBBIE MANN CPA, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

Schneck Medical Center

Debbie Mann began her career at Schneck in 1994 as a staff accountant. Since that time, she has held progressive leadership roles, including Director of Accounting and Controller, before being named Vice President of Fiscal Services in February 2014. She later served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and, in early 2026, was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Schneck.

Before joining Schneck, Ms. Mann spent six years in public accounting as a Senior Accountant with Blue and Company. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Ms. Mann maintains active involvement in numerous professional and community organizations. Her professional affiliations include Inspire Health Partners, Board of Managers; Jackson County Visitor Center, Board of Directors; Independent Hospital Network Sourcing Group, Board of Directors; Indiana Hospital Association, Council on Finance; SIHO Holdings Inc., Board of Directors; and Jackson Medical Building, Board of Directors.

She is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Indiana CPA Society, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
