Brock Jordan, Financial Planning & Administration Manager

Brock Jordan is a native of Paducah, KY, with over ten years of experience in Finance/ Accounting. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a double major in Accounting & Managerial Finance. He began his role with SIHO in October 2021, where he maintains, analyzes, and verifies the Company’s financial records and statistical reports. In addition, he collaborates with Senior Leadership to compile the Company’s annual performance plan. Prior to joining SIHO, Brock spent seven years being employed by Synchrony Rehab Services. During his tenure there, he rose from Intern to Staff Accountant, to Senior Accountant, and completed his journey as the Accounting Manager in September 2021. Brock married his high school sweetheart in January 2021, and enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his 2 boys (ages 3 and 1).

Brian Slattery, Controller

Brian Slattery joined SIHO in March of 2014 as a Staff Accountant. Over the next eight years Brian moved up within the Finance department where he became the Controller in May of 2022. With a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and over a decade of experience in financial management, Brian plays a key role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. He is known for his analytical approach and commitment to operational excellence, contributing to the Company’s continue growth and fiscal integrity. At SIHO, Brian collaborates closely with Senior Leadership to ensure transparency, fiscal responsibility, and alignment with long-term business goals.

Rinda Goins, Manager, Finance Operations

Rinda Goins is a native of Columbus, IN. Rinda joined SIHO in October 2006 in the Finance Department. Rinda held the roles of Finance Operations Lead and Finance Operations Supervisor before being named Manager, Finance Operations in October 2023. Prior to joining SIHO, Rinda spent ten years working for Enkei America, first three years in their Data Entry Department and last seven years in Accounts Payable. Rinda attended Indiana Business College earning her associate’s degree in business management and a diploma in accounting specialist. Rinda and her husband, Bill, blended their families when they married July 2007. They have four wonderful children and two beautiful granddaughters.

Lindsey Stroot, Manager of Marketing and Communications

Lindsey Stroot is the Manager of Marketing and Communications at SIHO Insurance Services. She began her tenure at SIHO in April 2018 as an Account Executive. Over the years, she has advanced within the company, demonstrating her expertise and dedication to the organization's mission. In her current role, Lindsey oversees the marketing and communications strategies for SIHO and their Medicare Advantage Plan, working to enhance the company's brand and product presence and effectively communicate its services to clients and the community. Her journey from Account Executive to Manager of Marketing and Communications reflects her professional growth and the trust placed in her by SIHO's leadership. As a remote employee based in Illinois, Lindsey balances her professional life with a vibrant set of personal passions. She has a deep love for theatre and dance, often finding inspiration in the arts. A true DIY enthusiast, she enjoys taking on creative projects at home. Family time is a top priority for Lindsey, and she cherishes making memories with loved ones, especially during trips to her favorite destination, Disney.

Bridget Diedrich, Director of Customer Experience

Bridget joined SIHO in December of 2013 as a Member Services Representative. Bridget served as Team Lead for SIHO’s Marketplace product, and then was promoted to the Supervisor. In 2017 Bridget left the health insurance industry to pursue a different career path. Bridget began Coaching Child Care Professionals on enhancing the quality of their programs, while earning a double Master’s from Ball State University in Executive Coaching and Adult and Community Education. In May 2020 she re-joined SIHO as the Director of Customer Experience. Within her first six months of returning to SIHO, Bridget built and lead SIHO’s Medicare Advantage Inside Sales and Member Services teams. Bridget works closely with SIHO’s Sales and Account Executive teams and other operational areas to continuously improve the members’, providers’, and customers’ experience. Bridget resides in Hope, IN with her husband, 2 children and golden retriever. Her interests are cheering on her children in their activities and spending time with friends and family.Attend weekly sessions led by SIHO leaders and external industry experts.

Debbie Hartwell, Director of Human Resources

Debbie Hartwell has served as Director of Human Resources at SIHO since 2010, bringing more than 30 years of comprehensive HR experience to the organization. In her role, she leads all facets of human resources, including benefits administration, compensation strategy, and employee relations, with a strong emphasis on practical solutions and a people-centered approach. Prior to joining SIHO, she spent 22 years as an HR Generalist at Danzer Veneer in Edinburgh. Debbie holds a SHRM-SCP certification and studied Business Administration at Indiana University Columbus. Debbie lives with her husband on three wooded acres in Shelby County, just outside of Edinburgh, Indiana, along with their dog and two cats. When she’s not spending time with her two grown children and four granddaughters, she enjoys camping, cooking, traveling, and getting lost in a good book or movie.

Sam Riley, Corporate Recruiter

Sam is a seasoned recruiter with over 15 years of experience spanning executive search, agency staffing, and corporate recruiting. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations of all sizes—from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups—bringing a strategic, relationship-driven approach to talent acquisition. Sam specializes in full-cycle recruiting, internship program development, and building scalable processes that support long-term growth. Her passion lies in connecting people with meaningful opportunities and creating programs that foster both personal and professional development. Beyond her professional life, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog Kona. She is deeply involved in sports during her free time and has a love for travel!

Medical Management

Jennifer Albright, Director, Medical Management

With nearly two decades of experience at SIHO, Jennifer Albright serves as Director of Medical Management, overseeing Case Management, Utilization Review, Population Health, and Quality Reporting for both Commercial and Medicare Advantage lines of business. In this role, she works across nearly all areas of the company to provide operational and clinical insight while supporting high-quality experiences for members and providers. Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University and later completed a master’s degree in nursing from United States University in 2019. Before joining SIHO in 2007 as a Utilization Review and Population Health Nurse, she spent 16 years managing inpatient hospital units and multi-disciplinary provider practices. After transitioning into Case Management, she became a department manager in 2020. She enjoys the ever-changing nature of healthcare, where no two days are the same and there are always new challenges and opportunities to learn. Helping members successfully navigate difficult medical journeys remains one of the most rewarding aspects of her role. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, children Alec and Abby, Labradoodle Rusty, and opinionated cat Bea.

Heather Anderson, Clinical Informatics Analyst

Heather Anderson serves as a Clinical Informatics Analyst within the Medical Management department at SIHO Insurance Services. In her role, she develops a variety of reporting packages across multiple lines of business, with a primary focus on quality metrics, predictive analytics, provider and system attribution, and population health initiatives. Heather enjoys the challenge of analyzing and compiling data in new ways to help support decision making and solve complex issues across the organization.

Prior to joining SIHO, Heather worked for many years at Columbus Regional Health, where she served in multiple roles throughout the hospital, physician practices, and system services administration office. Her broad healthcare background has provided her with valuable operational and analytical experience across several areas of the healthcare industry.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a master’s degree in Healthcare Analytics and Data Science. One of her favorite aspects of working at SIHO is the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing team while continuously learning and growing in her role.

Mark Bronke, Director of Value Contracting Strategy

Mark Bronke is a healthcare executive with nearly 20 years of experience in provider contracting, network development, and strategic healthcare operations. As Director of Provider Contracting Strategy at SIHO, he leads initiatives that strengthen hospital and physician partnerships, support value-based care models like ACOs, and drive regional growth across the Midwest. Mark has held leadership roles at Devoted Health, PAYRHEALTH, Humana, WellCare/Centene, Aetna/CVS Health, and UnitedHealthcare. His expertise includes building provider networks, negotiating complex contracts, and optimizing reimbursement strategies. At Devoted Health, he expanded Medicare Advantage access across Kentucky, securing contracts with major hospital systems. At PAYRHEALTH, he led a team of consultants and managed a significant portion of the firm’s revenue. His tenure at Humana and Aetna/CVS Health included roles in behavioral health contracting, telehealth agreements, and value-based contracting, contributing to network adequacy and market share growth. Mark holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Sullivan University. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and collecting rare bottles of bourbon.

Carolyn Beck, Manager of Account Management

Carolyn Beck, PAHM, is Manager of Account Management for SIHO Insurance Services, where she has been for 19 years. She works with fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded clients to design and manager their employee health benefits. Carolyn is responsible for managing the Account Executive team and is responsible for the client’s relationships with SIHO from implementation through renewal. Providing service to the clients for their plan, its administration, and working with the clients to design benefits that meet their long-term strategies. Carolyn has been licensed in Health & Life since 2003 and has obtained the Professional Academy of Health Management (PAHM) designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Self-Funded Certified, Account Manager Certified, and ACA Certified from NAHU. She has been a member of NAHU since 2006 and has served as President of her local and state chapters as well as served in various Chair positions at the local, state, regional and national levels of NAHU. She has served on the local board of Susan G Komen, Evansville Affiliate as Board President and Sponsorship chair. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys Powerlifting, golfing, and spending time on the beach.

Carolyn Dailey, Leader of Fully Insured Account Management and Physical Operations

Carolyn Dailey joined SIHO in January of 1998 as an assistant to the Human Resources and Facilities Director before moving into the Fully Insured Department and named Manager, Fully Insured Operations. In March of 2023, Carolyn was promoted to her current position. Carolyn attended IVY Tech in Richmond and hails originally from New Salem, Indiana. Prior to SIHO she worked 18 years for Hill Floral (wholesale floral company) as manager of purchasing and sales for 13 locates throughout the Midwest. Carolyn relocated to Flat Rock, Indiana when she married her husband (James) and helped raise 2 daughters and now enjoys her 3 grandsons.

Tom Lutes, Corporate Attorney

Tom Lutes joined SIHO in September 2021 as Corporate Attorney. Tom entered the legal profession in 2015 with a small firm in Columbus, Indiana, later working in the area as a solo practitioner, and subsequently worked as an Office Attorney for the Indiana Department of Child Services for a period of two and a half years before joining SIHO. Prior to his legal career, Tom spent five years in marketing at Cummins, Inc., through multiple internships and later as a Marketing Communications Specialist. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics, with minors in Political Science and Japanese, from Purdue University in December 2009 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law in 2013. Tom is currently a member of both the Indiana and Kentucky State Bars. A Columbus, Indiana native, Tom still resides in Columbus with his wife, Elyse, with whom he is expecting his first child in October and their two cats, Hopper and Cricket.

Sheetal Prabhune, Commercial Compliance Officer

Sheetal Prabhune joined Inspire Health Partners in 2014 and was named Administration and PHO Lead in 2018. Inspire Health Partners became a subsidiary of SIHO Insurance Services in 2020. Sheetal joined SIHO in January 2020 and was named HIPAA Privacy Officer in 2021. She then became Commercial Compliance Manager in 2022 and was promoted to Commercial Compliance Officer in 2024. Sheetal holds a law degree as well as bachelor’s degree in business. In her role as Commercial Compliance Officer, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA as well as State and Federal regulations. In addition to numerous other responsibilities, Sheetal was assigned the task of ensuring compliance with No Surprises Act. Sheetal moved from India to USA in 2012. Sheetal and her husband, Vivek, have been living in Columbus since then.

Sales

Eric Meadors, Sales Consultant

Eric Meadors earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. He later pursued a Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, further enhancing is expertise in business and healthcare management. Eric Meadors is a seasoned sales consultant with over two decades of experience in the health insurance industry. He serves as a Sales Consultant at SIHO Insurance Services since 2024. He specializes in health benefits consultation and third-party administration. Prior to his role at SIHO, he worked at Encore Health Network, focusing on employee benefits and business development. His commitment reflects a strong commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes for employers and their employees.

Eric Notestine, Sales Consultant

Eric joined the SIHO team in April of 2013 as part of the Manager in Training program. Since that time, he has spent time in the Claims department, Project Management and also, led the Call Center. In October of 2017, Eric moved to the role of Manager of Reinsurance Quoting and Business Development. That role evolved to his previous role, Leader of Reinsurance Marketing and Underwriting effective June of 2022. This role expanded to include underwriting SIHO’s fully insured large group product. In July of 2025, Eric moved to a Sales Consultant role. Eric has a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in International Management from Butler University. Currently, Eric is on the board for his high school alumni association (The Bull Dog Alumni Association of Columbus Indiana). He is also an active member at his church, Westside Community Church, where he served on the leadership team for three years. Eric has been married to his wife, Monica since June of 2010. With Monica, Eric has two children (ages 9 and 1 months). He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and anything to do with sports.

Arnold Saunders, ChamberCare Account Executive

Arnold Saunders joined the SIHO team in 2025 as a ChamberCare Account Executive. In his role, he supports the ChamberCare MEWA’s new and existing business strategy, communications, and administration. Arnie works closely with multiple internal departments that support the ChamberCare MEWA to help ensure effective collaboration and service for clients and partners. Prior to joining SIHO, Arnie worked for another insurance carrier as a representative supporting both new and existing small group and individual business accounts. His background in account management and client support has helped him develop a strong understanding of relationship management and business operations within the healthcare and insurance industry. Originally from Anderson, Indiana, Arnie graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys participating in his church choir and being involved in other creative arts activities.

Ryan Yates, Sales Consultant

Before joining SIHO, Ryan served as an Account Executive at a leading Indiana-based health insurance carrier, where he spent six years as an Account Manager II. In that role, he managed a portfolio of 50-75 accounts, serving as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service and support. As a dedicated sales professional, Ryan takes a thoughtful and solutions-focused approach to his work. He excels at aligning products and services with client needs, communicating clearly, resolving challenges efficiently, and fostering lasting relationships built on trust and results. His commitment to delivering value and achieving meaningful outcomes makes him a strong advocate for current and prospective clients alike. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with family, coaching his son’s baseball team, supporting his daughter as a dance dad, and playing golf.

John Sadtler, Jr., MyTruAdvantage Broker Relationship Manager

John has been with SIHO for over six years, bringing his expertise in the commercial market across the state. He collaborates with broker, hospital, chamber, and community partners to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions throughout the state. Before joining SIHO, John spent over 12 years working for Cummins Engine Company at their Fuel Systems plant in Columbus, IN. While at Cummins, he enjoyed a variety of roles and learned many skills that translate well to his current role.

Chelsie Redicker, MyTruAdvantage Agent Support Representative

Chelsie Redicker has been a member of the SIHO Insurance Services team for seven years and currently serves as a MyTruAdvantage Agent Support Representative. In her role, Chelsie provides brokers and agents with real-time assistance related to enrollment, benefits, and general support needs. She enjoys building strong interpersonal relationships both within the organization and with external partners and clients.

Prior to joining SIHO, Chelsie worked in a medical office setting after earning her degree in Medical Coding, which helped begin her career in the health insurance industry. Her background in healthcare administration and customer support has contributed to her passion for helping others and delivering excellent service.

Outside of work, Chelsie enjoys spending time with her five-year-old daughter, especially practicing gymnastics skills together and working on crafts. During the summer months, they enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Blake Slunaker, Medicare Advantage Sales Support Manager

Blake joined MyTruAdvantage in April 2025 as Sales Support Manager. He will lead our sales administration processes and efficiencies, optimize vendor relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support the continued growth of MTA. Blake played college football for 2 years at the University of St. Francis before transferring to Ball State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications. He has an extensive background in social media platforms and website development, as well as project management. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports and cheering on his favorite teams (Chicago Bears, Cubs, and Pacers), watching movies with his better half, playing a round of golf, and playing on a church softball league. He is also the assistant football coach for Mt. Vernon Middle School in Fortville, IN.

Heather Hayden, MyTruAdvantage Manager of Customer Service

Heather joined the SIHO/MTA team back in 2020 and has had the opportunity to grow and take on various roles within the organization. Starting off as a commercial member services representative, she later took the leap to get licensed and transitioned to a MyTruAdvantage Inside Sales Agent position. As our MyTruAdvantage team continued to expand, she was fortunate enough to step into leadership and support roles such as the MyTruAdvantage Inside Sales team lead and eventually the Medicare Advantage Customer Service Supervisor. She enjoys traveling with her fiancé Spencer. Some of their favorite trips have been to the Outer Banks, NC, Salem/Boston, MA, and of course, the most magical place on earth, Disney World. She spends much of her time outside of work with family, friends, and her feisty mini–Australian Shepherd mix, Rosie.

IT

Jonathan Coleman, Director of Medicare Advantage Technical Services

Jonathan joined SIHO in January 2025 as Director of Medicare Advantage Technical Services, reporting to Mike Clancy. He brings 19 years of experience from Humana, where he most recently served as Director of Technology Solutions. Jonathan specializes in cloud technologies and DevOps practices, with a strong focus on optimizing the software development life cycle to improve delivery speed and reliability. At SIHO, he leads technology initiatives supporting Medicare Advantage operations, including Application Development, oversight of EDI, data systems, and reporting architecture. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys time with his wife and three children. He is also an active IFBB Professional Bodybuilder and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.

Tim Katheeder, Director of Data Integration and Development

Tim started his career as an electronic circuit designer for a defense contractor in southern California. He later moved into the commercial industry designing and overseeing the fabrication of telephone sets. Tim came to Indiana in 1990 to work for Cummins Electronics as a Systems Engineer. He later became a Project Manager with oversight responsibilities for several multimillion-dollar systems development projects. In the early 2000s, Tim obtained certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Certified Professional (MCP), and a few computer hardware certifications. He assisted local companies in setting up networks and computing systems. Tim joined the SIHO team in 2003. He has had a few positions in the IT organization and now leads the Data Integration and Development team. Tim is responsible for the systems and processes that move the electronic health care data through the organization. He has expertise with SQL scripting, EDI files, and ETL processes. Tim has five grown children and seven grandchildren.

Rob Taylor, Director of Technology Services & Security Officer

Rob joined SIHO in April of 2003 as a Help Desk Technician. In August 2006, Rob was recognized for leadership and dedication to the SIHO Six Sigma program as a Green Belt. In 2012, Rob was promoted to Manager of Technology Services and began leading significant infrastructure upgrades for the management of workstations, mobile devices, networking, and servers. Rob also utilized Six Sigma functionality to facilitate the delivery of IT projects. In February 2015, Rob was promoted to Director of Technology Services and realigned Facilities Management, Purchasing, and Information Security functional areas. In December 2017, Rob accepted the HIPAA Security Officer role responsible for information system confidentiality, integrity, and availability as maintained by people, policy, procedure, and process. It’s rumored that Rob is nigh-unbeatable at Mario Kart 8… if you’ve read this far, he’ll buy you a coffee at Gramz Bakery while testing your mettle on the track of your choice! Rob lives in Columbus with his wife Kelly, his daughters Lydia and Malia, and his poodles Perseus and Timmi.

Chad Bailey, Director, Network Configuration

Chad Bailey joined the SIHO Insurance Services team as the Director of Network and Benefit Configuration. In his role, Chad oversees the configuration of benefits, contracts, and fee schedules within SIHO’s healthcare claims system, HSP. He enjoys utilizing the knowledge and experience gained throughout his career to support operational efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

Prior to joining SIHO, Chad served as Director of IT at Community Health Network for 15 years. He also worked as an independent consultant in project management and later held the role of Product Director of Business Transformation at Optum. His diverse background in healthcare technology, operations, and project leadership has provided him with a broad perspective on systems and business transformation.

Chad appreciates the small, family-oriented atmosphere at SIHO. Outside of work, he is married and has a 16-year-old daughter. He also enjoys serving as an assistant coach for a travel softball team.

Patrick Shelton, Manager, Data Management

Patrick Shelton joined the team in October 1999 as part of the Manager Trainee program. During his first two years with SIHO, he gained experience across several departments including Finance, Provider Relations, Marketing, Data Management, and Claims. In 2001, Patrick accepted a Data Analyst position within the Data Management department, where he continued to expand his knowledge and expertise in data operations and analytics. In 2010, Patrick was promoted to Manager of Data Management. Throughout his career at SIHO, he has played an important role in supporting the organization’s data management initiatives and operational processes.

Natalie Black, Project Manager

Natalie Black has been with the SIHO team for over 20 years and has had the opportunity to work across multiple departments throughout the organization. This experience has provided her with a strong understanding of SIHO’s operations and cross-functional collaboration across teams. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Natalie enjoys bringing structure and organization to projects while working closely with teams to guide initiatives from start to finish. In addition to her project management responsibilities, she also oversees the setup and coordination of SIHO’s pharmacy benefits. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Craig Adams, Manager of Facilities

Craig joined SIHO in April of 2012 as a Helpdesk Technician. After a short period as Helpdesk Supervisor, he was promoted to Facilities Manager in 2015. In 2024, the Document Distribution Center management was added to his job duties.

Medicare Advantage Operations (MyTruAdvantage)

Kim Helsley, Director of Part D Operations & Vendor Oversight

Kim Helsley began her career in the insurance industry 20 years ago. Kim started as a Paralegal with CNO Financial Group and later transferred to a solvent runoff, Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania/Fuzion Analytics, to work solely in Long-Term Care Insurance as the Senior Paralegal. She was later promoted to Compliance Manager, where she managed the company’s Compliance and Legal Departments. Kim joined SIHO in 2020 as the Compliance Coordinator, later gaining a promotion to her current role as Director. In her time with SIHO, she has been a contributing factor to MTA pharmacy operations and supplemental benefits, as well as managing the vendor oversight program. Kim is a native of Greenfield, Indiana who has been married for over 17 years. She has 5 children, 4 grandchildren and 1 dog who believes he is a human.

Julie Kellems, Medicare Advantage Project Manager

Julie Kellems serves as the Medicare Advantage Project Manager at SIHO, where she brings more than 21 years of experience within the organization. During her time at SIHO, Julie worked her way through college and later earned her MBA in Business Administration, demonstrating her strong commitment to both personal and professional growth.

Throughout her career, Julie has developed a well-rounded understanding of the organization’s operational departments, with a primary focus on Medicare Advantage. She enjoys analyzing workflows, improving processes, and developing ideas that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Outside of work, Julie is an avid reader, a passionate sports enthusiast, and enjoys spending time relaxing with friends after a busy week.

David Marx, Chief Medicare Advantage Compliance Officer

David Marx has led the SIHO Compliance team in process efficiency and regulatory knowledge over the past five years. He has extensive experience in both payer and provider interactions with managed care. His experience was gained from a career that has spanned over 18 years, which included building the first five STAR rated MA plan in Indiana, starting a consulting firm that supported companies coming into the market, and working with an international client. David became invested in the success of SIHO after working for two of its owners and acting as President of IHCI, their jointly owned company. David enjoys working with the SIHO team where he chairs the Risk and Compliance Committees and is a member of the Health Information Management Committee, while continuing to offer assistance wherever needed.

Darci Michael, MyTruAdvantage Business Coordinator

Darci Michael joined SIHO in April of 2024 as the Operations Coordinator for MTAs outside sales agents. She graduated from Indiana University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism and Event Management. Prior to SIHO, she spent 19 years working as the Operations Manager for a small business in Columbus. She is an Indiana licensed Health Producer. Darci and her family love boating, camping and any time spent enjoying the outdoors.

Agelio “Keno” Aquino, Senior Project Manager

Agelio “Keno” Aquino joined SIHO in March 2025 as a Senior Project Manager. He brings over 20 years of leadership and operational expertise from his distinguished career in the United States Army, where he served as a Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems (TUAS) Operations Technician. Throughout his military service, Keno completed multiple deployments, including Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) 06-08 and 08-10, Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR) 16-17 and 18-19, along with various assignments across the CENTCOM Area of Operations. While serving in the military, Keno earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, further enhancing his strategic and organizational skill set. Originally from Riverside, California, Keno has lived in numerous locations throughout his military career. He is married with two children and a household full of pets. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with his family.

Dawn Coomer, Director of Claims

Dawn Coomer was named Director, Claims in June 2022. Dawn joined SIHO in October 2013 as a Claims Analyst/Claims Trainer. Dawn was transitioned into a Quality Assurance role in 2014, which led to the creation of a Quality Assurance Department. Dawn created the department in 2015 and promoted three internal SIHO staff to fill the department. Approximately 60 days later, Dawn was tasked with the responsibility of the Grievances & Appeals department. In 2020, Dawn was tasked with the responsibility of the creating a Fraud, Waste & Abuse department. In 2021, Dawn was asked to assume responsibility of Risk Adjustment for the MyTruAdvantage line of business. Prior to joining SIHO, Dawn spent 10 years working for a Tricare contractor in various roles, but most of that time was spent in the Compliance Department. Dawn also spent 13 years as a paralegal prior to joining the SIHO team. Dawn has two grown children and four grandchildren.

Nicole Do, Director of Payment Integrity

Nicole joined SIHO in August of 2015 in Member Services where she served as Member Advocate, Correspondence Specialist, and eventually Supervisor. In 2019 Nicole left the health insurance industry to gain business experience in supply chain operations, where she became Lean Management certified. In August 2020 she re-joined SIHO to help develop the framework for both the FWA and Risk Adjustment departments. In July 2022 she was promoted to Manager of QA, FWA, G&A, and Risk Adjustment. She was promoted to Director, Payment Integrity in August 2024. Nicole is both a Certified Professional Coder and a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder through the American Association of Professional Coders. She is a Columbus native and enjoys live music, traveling, and spoiling her two dogs.

Teresa Dyer, Manager of Reinsurance and Ancillary Services

Teresa Dyer joined SIHO as a Reinsurance Specialist in May 2013. Teresa’s role expanded in February 2016 to Reinsurance Team Lead, responsible for various reporting and controls along with daily oversight of the team’s functions. Teresa was then promoted to Manager, Reinsurance & Ancillary Services in January 2023. Prior to joining SIHO, Teresa spent 15 years working in enrollment, financial recovery, auditing, and accounting, mostly with Affiliated Computer Services/Xerox Co. Teresa and her husband Scott have been together since 1991 and married since February 2016. They have four grown children and 14 grandchildren.

Tonya Ralston, Manager of Eligibility

Tonya Ralston joined SIHO in May 2023 as Manager, Eligibility. Prior to joining SIHO, Tonya spent 20 years in the Property & Casualty sector of the insurance industry as a licensed Sales Producer and Office Manager, most recently with Allstate Insurance. She began her career in the restaurant industry as an Assistant Operations/Human Resource Manager and subsequently a General Manager of Operations with Ponderosa Steakhouse. A native of Seymour, IN, Tonya grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and now resides in North Vernon, IN. She holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses. Tonya and her husband have two grown children, two dogs who are treated as children, and one grand-dog. She also has a twin sister, Sonya. Tonya enjoys spending time with her children and spoiling her dogs.
