The SIHO 2026 Summer Internship Program
Our program is designed to give college students a comprehensive, hands-on experience across various departments within the health insurance industry. Throughout the summer, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Gain hands-on departmental experience
- Work side-by-side with SIHO professionals on department-specific tasks.
- Contribute to meaningful projects that impact our organization and our members.
Learn from weekly industry leader sessions
- Attend weekly sessions led by SIHO leaders and external industry experts.
- Explore emerging trends, market insights, and career development tips.
Lead a capstone project
- Collaborate with peers on a department-level challenge.
- Present your solution to SIHO’s executive leadership team during the final week.
Engage with the community
- Participate in volunteer initiatives aligned with SIHO’s commitment to social responsibility.
- Give back while building relationships with fellow interns and staff.
